Job Description	Job includes:

Primary Responsibilities 

• Ensures that daily visit programme is prepared to cover all category of companies/ 
individuals and outcome of each visit is reported on a daily/weekly calls report.
• Ensures that market intelligence and statistics are established within the marketing section
so that it provides Management with the latest information about the market and competitors.
• Ensures that excellent relations are maintained with customers, agents and principals.
• Ensures that he is updated with the latest developments in sales and marketing methods and techniques and adopts most suitable one in consultation with and approval of management.

Corollary Responsibilities 

• Attends to telephone calls received at Sales Activity and records the information thus received.
• Gathers information related to sales enquiry/needs and compiles the same to provide the customer with an orderly documented quotation.
• On receipt of job confirmation from the customer, passes the information to relevant functional groups for execution of the job.
• Co-ordinates with functional groups for the smooth completion of the job.
• Ensures that the job is invoiced properly.
• Assists credit control activity of the department in timely realization of the outstanding/overdue


Experience in selling the software products such as ERP application will be the main advantage
