Job Description and Requirements
We are recruiting a Marketing Manager – CRM & call center to work at the Marketing Division of Abdul Latif Jameel – Financial Services in Jeddah, and to lead important marketing initiatives. (Saudi nationals only)
Key accountabilities
- Developing & undertake CRM strategy and plan
- Utilizing the CRM ERP
- Planning the implementation of CRM activities
- Planning and conducting Direct Marketing campaigns
- Develop CRM budget plan
Key knowledge, experience and Skills
- Saudis only
- University degree in Marketing or MIS
- Very good command of Arabic and English (a must)
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing/business experience, minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or Call center (a must)
- Experience in an information-based CRM environment
- Practical experience managing customer-driven change programs
