Job Description and Requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Projects Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling all Project Execution. The Project Manager is also responsible for managing the work, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
The manager will be accountable for delivering and maintaining high standards of customer service through both planning and safe execution of project activities.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for overall planning and execution of project activities on a time bounded manner, safely and profitably with quality & standards.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Project Team completes the project activities assigned to them in time. The Project Manager need to develop the Project Plan with the team and manages the team’s performance of project tasks.
Project Manager is responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered within in the budget, on schedule, and within scope of work.
As a key hand, the Project Manager has an important role in managing the performance of his staff. This includes employee selection, career development, resource planning etc.
Ensure individual accountability in handling equipment and resources engaged in each assignment and monitor the same.
The Project Manager is responsible for implementing the best optimization strategy in handling resources within the safe limits in order to improve the economics of each assignment.
Also ensures complete operational activities including, directing personnel on specific job sites, coordinate and trouble shoots equipment operations problems, oversees scheduling of manpower and equipment, ensures company standards of quality are met and accountable for all jobs and requires follow-ups with all employees and or customers.
Responsible for proper utilization and optimization of equipments & resources to support the overall benefit of the company.
Minimum requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Project Engineering with minimum 12 years experience in petrochemical/refining/chemical plant maintenance in Sr. Management level.
Age limit: 35 - 45 years
