Job Description and Requirements
Job Description:
A Ground School Assistant will:
- Provide administrative support for all ground school staff.
- Maintain and File students’ records and make sure that they are up to date.
- Create all forms to track student attendance, and test results.
- Follow up with GSA to ensure all reports are sent to cadet sponsors.
- Take attendance per lesson period, and record it in the course file.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required to perform the job professionally and adequately.
- Archive Ground School examinations.
- Register students for examinations with civil aviation authorities.
- Answer phone calls to cover for reception when needed.
- Transportation coordination for cadets on special occasions.
Criteria:
- Good command of English language.
- Good command in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to learn.
