Job Description and Requirements
Job Summary:
Account Executive
- The Account Executive initiates the sales process by meeting potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs, proposing and recommending solutions and services, and making presentations to close sales deals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Planning, managing and implementing sales activities.
- Meeting with clients and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Presenting the services the company offer to the clients and explaining why they are beneficial to them.
- Making cost calculations and providing clients with quotations.
- Following up with client and ensuring accurate delivery of the service.
- Negotiating contract terms and the details of the service with the clients.
- Providing support for the clients and resolving their problems and concerns promptly.
- Building and keeping a database of information about the clients.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Media and Marketing industry.
- Good command of English language
- Good command of MS office ( Outlook, Power Point, and Excel)
- Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and detail focused.
- Presentable.
- Own a car
