We are currently looking for an IELTS Administrator for our operation in Amman. This busy office has been offering high quality teaching, examinations and a range of other educational and cultural services for more than 70 years.

The job sits in the Examinations Services team in Jordan/MENA which consists of 11 staff members. This role reports to the Examinations Services Manager (ESM). It’s part of a four team members dedicated for English and professional exams. He/She should be working very closely with the whole exam team to ensure an efficient implementation of the IELTS and other exams in Jordan.
This job is on a fixed term contract for 8 months.
In your role as an IELTS Administrator you will be responsible for managing and delivering the highest level of administrative operation. Strict adherence IELTS code of practice and exam security and administration standards are essential parts of the job.
You will be responsible for:
- The administration of the delivery of the IELTS test
- The responsibility of the security of the IELTS test materials
- The responsibility of the IELTS test Software and electronic data
- Management of the IELTS PSN system
- Candidate support
- Basic financial Responsibilities
- Clients relationship management
- Provide support for all Examinations team
- Line Management responsibilities
We will be looking for the following skills, experience and behaviours when selecting the candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in administrative operation
- University graduate
- Good spoken and written English and Arabic. Computer skills. Ideally you have experience of working with databases.
- Project management skills, in terms of planning a schedule for a project or a task and being accountable for implementation
- General knowledge of UK education and preferably examinations systems
