Job Description and Requirements
- Provide complete secretarial and administrative support services to legal consultants for document typing, correspondence drafting, client follow-up for information and meetings, routing correspondences, etc.
- Establish and maintain records and filing systems, make arrangements for the efficient operation of office equipment.
- Follow-up with legal consultants to provide new materials for legal precedent system, updating same.
- Follow-up with companies and law firms for meetings, documents, etc as required.
- Establish & Maintain Client database.
- Receive and Respond to Mail.
- Type documents, memos and correspondence, edit same according to lawyer comments.
Maintains all office supplies and ensures that the office is tidy and all business cards organized
- Keep an appointment schedule.
Skills
- The ideal candidate will be native English speaker or bi-lingual English / Arabic.
- Minimum of 2- 3 years experience preferably in a legal department or law office and experience as an assistant.
- Must have excellent and accurate computer skills (MS Word, Excel) including all types of document formatting / editing tools.
- Strong communication skills. He/ She should possess administrative and legal secretarial skills and is expected to be efficient, highly organized and able to multi-task
- Preferably legal background who can translate Legal documents
