Sales Executive

A reputable furniture company is seeking a Sales Executive.

Job Requirements

 

• Interact with clients in a professional manner to understand their demands and needs and answer and assist any client questions or concerns.

 

• Process client payments

 

• Liaison with all departments to process clients’ orders.

 

• Maintain good relationships with clients

 

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

 

• Maintains client records by updating existing and potential client contact details information.

 

• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting client information and analyzing client needs

 

• Identifies current and future client requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual clients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements

 

• Responsible for showroom coordination and re-designing showroom depending on new furniture received.

 

• Immediately coordinates any needed maintenance and repairs in the Showroom

 

• Implements Showroom policies, systems and procedures

Skills

 

• Excellent Selling and customer service skills.

• Experience with Word, excel is needed.

• Ability to work with interior design application is a plus.

• Problem solving skills.

• Handling customer product inquires, filling orders and following up on deliveries from warehouse.

• Excellent command in English is a must

• Good looking and presentable and self motivated.

• Positive and outgoing attitude

• Available to work on a schedule daily basis

Education:

• Bachelor degree from a reputable University in Interior design is requested.
