Job Description and Requirements

Reporting to HR and Administration Manager. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate administrative and HR tasks for the Film House facilities and respond to problems that may arise. Identify issues and problems, providing recommendations for solution to HR and Administration Department.

 

  • Responsible for monitoring daily administrative and financial/purchasing operations and procedures.  Following-up on all processes and cycle of purchasing, ensuring that the purchase requests are in compliance with approved budgets and abide to RFC financial rules and regulations.  Ensure the complete adherence to cost effectiveness on all purchasing.

 

  • Develop and implement any new procedures, practices and processes to meet the administrative needs.

 

  • Follow-up and coordinate all issues relevant to maintenance of equipment, furniture, premises and supplies. 

 

  • Daily supervision of staff attendance and guiding them on HR policies, procedures and practices.

 

  • Follow-up with the supplier of security services on all issues relevant to security guards shifts, special requests during events, parking rules, and any other issue that may arise.

 

  • Ensure, and review when necessary, that all contracts and agreements are drafted in accordance with the rules and regulations of RFC.  Follow-up on the cycle of approvals of all contracts and agreements.    Follow-up with Finance on payments/settlements of suppliers/consultant as per the approved contracts/agreements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-      BA in a related field.

-      At least four years experience in a administrative/HR position. 

-      Perfect knowledge and excellent writing skills of English & Arabic.

-      Excellent communication skills.

-      Detail-oriented and organized.

-      Capacity to work autonomously.
