Job Description and Requirements
Job Overview:
- You will be a part of the Sales & Marketing Department, which is responsible for promoting & selling our solutions & services.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by cold calling, following up leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling in-person meetings, promoting the benefits of our services, and closing sales.
- Responsible for preparing reports to management, managing their sales pipeline, devising creative ideas & implementing them.
- Responsible and accountable for achieving targets.
- Responsible for remaining organized and properly documenting all work completed using the tools provided.
- Responsible for following all processes and procedures established for the company and the related plans.
- Responsible for working in a team environment and participating in a positive way to the team.
Mandatory Skills:
- Must have the ability & desire to sell IT solutions & services, and the ability to cope with rejection.
- Must have fair knowledge in Windows, Office, Antivirus and IT Hardware.
- Must be self-motivated towards constantly improving their sales skills both in and out of the workplace.
- Must have exceptional communication skills in English Language.
- Must be a person who is very positive and enjoys the work.
- Must be well organized and be able to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
IT-related graduates, Marketing graduates, or related.
Preferred Experience:
Sales Executive/Representative, Sales Account Executive, or related.
