Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for smart, motivated, and disciplined people to join our Akhtaboot team.
As a Telesales Executive you would be responsible for the following:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer accounts.
- Arrange phone meetings with potential customers in Saudi Arabia to prospect for new businesses.
- Follow up with existing clients to handle objections and train clients on Akhtaboot’s system.
- Give online demonstrations to clients on Akhtaboot.com.
- Enter all the data gathered from meetings, calls, emails into the CRM in order to have better accounts management.
- Cold calling new companies in, to expand Akhtaboot’s reach in Saudi Arabia market.
- Identify, attract, and retain potential recruiters.
- Research and identify companies’ recruitment needs, and identify the services that best fit those needs.
- Engage in a reasonable degree of up-selling and cross-selling.
- Meet with upper management once a week.
Job Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of Customer Service and Sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic. Very Good communication skills in English.
- Motivated and a quick learner.
- Excellent internet and computer skills.
