Service Technician

Job Dimensions:
Seeking a motivated and technically-qualified candidate for the Service Technician position.
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and reparation of industrial machinery.

Tasks and Responsibility

• Conducting on-call corrective maintenance visits
• Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance
• Conducting In-house reparations in workshop

• Installation of new machines

• Training customers on machine operation
• Replacing spare parts

• Reading technical manuals for new machines

• Attending technical trainings for new machines
• Spare parts inventory check of stock and personal tool-box
• Responding to technical inquiries received from Customers
• Safety precautions from electricity and hazardous materials
• Daily reporting to Technical Supervisor
• Proper handling of company tools and equipment
• Maintaining work area and tools in good condition
• Maintaining a good relation with customers to ensure Customer Satisfaction

Skills:

• Technical background in mechanical/electrical field
• Min. 2 years experience in technical field
• Strong technical reporting and writing skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• English is a must
• Good relations with colleagues and management
• Motivated, willing to learn and grow with the company.
