Job Description and Requirements
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager to achieve all company set objectives.
- Motivate and develop team members, and ensure that the Stores' teams comply with all company regulations and procedures.
- Ensure all relevant company and departmental policies and procedures are known, understood and adhered to by maintaining consistent checks and visibility on the sales floor, being proactive in implementing open two way communication and taking the necessary action where these are not being met.
- Coordinate and drive the efficient implementation of events or changes through the correct channels, ensuring stores' wide knowledge and follow through to completion.
- Accountable for communication within the stores by acting as the main recipient of Head Office communications regarding sale and promotional activities, policy changes, theme changes, company mission and vision.
- Design and execute special marketing campaigns.
- Drive the training function of the stores.
- Conduct performance appraisals.
- Handle all Human Resources department duties.
- Any other duty as requested by THE One management.
Skills & Experience:
- PC literate
- Motivational
- Strong Leadership skills
- Customer Service driven
- Minimum 5 years retail preferred with supervisory experience
- Fluency in Arabic & English languages
