Job Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare correspondence and reports.
• Maintain company's management calendars.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Answer telephones and handle them in appropriate manner.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in any related field.
Bilingual .
• Proficiency in English language spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of MS office knowledge.
• Good sense of responsibility, honesty, ability to handle confidential information.
2-3 years of experience.
