Job Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Answer telephones and handle.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Job Requirements:
• A degree in any related field.
• Bilingual with proficiency in English language spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of MS office knowledge.
• Good sense of responsibility, honesty, ability to handle confidential information.
