Food Services Supervisor

One to three years of Sales experience preferably in the FMCG field (Must have the technical sales competencies; Sales and Distribution Management, channel management, customer demand fulfillment etc….). - Excellent Communication Skills. - Very Good English Command - Strong and Flexible Personality - Strong Persuading Skills. - Excellent Sales Skills. - Good Problem Solving. - Good reporting Skills. - Good Computer litterate - Must have a driving License - Has the ability to follow up on Sales and provide after sales services. - Has the ability to deal with different personalities (dependant on the segment). - Prepare samples and coordinate with warehouse on deliveries - Prepare and execute sales calls plan on weekly basis and possess sales calls reports - achieve sales target determined by the food service manager - Must able to have high level of customer services and follow ups and build strong relationship with key customers. - Able to demonstrate the product portfolio in a professional manner - Should possess high level of business ethics - Maintain consistent contract and provide services to all customers - assist the food service Manager with promotional ideas to increase sales - understand the key selling points, what advantages can use vs competition - able to follow on competition activities on the field, (pricing, promotion, trade offers, new products, etc…), track and record - Undertake any other duties that are determined by the Food service Manager.
