Marketing Manager

SUMMARY We're looking for a strong direct marketer who brings experience driving successful direct response programs, with a passion for impact, innovation and the customer - and who can succeed in a cross-functional, matrix environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and coordinate Marketing functions within the MENA region.
2. Develop, present and execute direct marketing programs that translate overall sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, methods, costs, and results.
4. Accurately assess the success/net impact of each program, present results in a clear and organized manner, and translate data-driven learning's into actionable next steps
5. Build, manage and reconcile program budgets
6. Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
7. Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. 5+ years marketing experience, preferably with consumer products
3. Experience in developing and implementing marketing programs
4. Detailed-orientated, hands-on approach to marketing with strong project management and prioritization skills; must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining excellent and accurate work.
5. Solid strategic thinking, creative problem-solving and analytic skills
6. Excellent verbal, written, visual and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly and simply articulate ideas, frame problems and solutions, and present analysis implications in a concise, action-orientated manner
7. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
8. Work requires travel wirhin the MENA region
