Job Description and Requirements
• Support the Remittance & Settlement (R&S) process by performing matching
activities, handling adjustments and post-billing disputes
• Monitor bank statements and follow up on discrepancies as required
• Prepare the Hinge Account Reconciliation (HAR), ensuring the integrity and accuracy
of the Remittance and Settlement process
• Prepare and action an exception report and determine the necessary actions
required in order to handle billing disputes with customers and providers
• Prepare the agent remittance files and bank transfers to airlines
• Maintain proper communication with customer airlines
• Manage day to day Shared Centre Operations according to IATA standards, rules
and procedures
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the Manager, R&S
All candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A University Degree in business administration or a related field
- Business experience preferably in a multicultural dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced and highly demanding
environment while delivering results with speed
- Work as a unified team with a global mindset
- Demonstrate leadership and personal integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office
