Technical Team Leader

Job Responsibilities: - Full life cycle development of .Net Environment and client software; - Performing unit testing and creating documents; - Performing configuration management and other development tasks encompassed within quality software development; - Object oriented programming; - Assisting in software process improvement activities, mentoring and potentially leading small teams. Job Requirements: - Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineer, MBA is a merit. - Experience in the following web standards and technologies: HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, XSL, Web Services, Ajax). - Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. - Database Experience (in either Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Databases). - Experience developing web-based and/or desktop-based applications. - Working in development using .Net Environment. - Technology certification is a merit. - MCSD.Net Certification is a plus. - Time Management skills. - Team player. - Excellent documentation skills. - Excellent command of English. - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - Insurance background is a plus.
