Job Description and Requirements
SUMMARY Provide leadership and coordination of company sales functions within the MENA region. Develop and implement sales strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate Sales functions within the MENA region.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales and partnership opportunities
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 6+ years experience leading high perfomance sales teams
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth
- Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight time-frames
- Experience in planning and execution of sales strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing sales processes
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Work requires travel wirhin the MENA region
