Job Description and Requirements
b> Role Purpose:
Manage the presales team activities in optimized manner and in line with all internal and external KPIs for fixed, mobile, internet, MSP and all ranges of Enterprise products.
Support business development activities throughout the sale process as a technical and commercial expert and consultant for all products and services that could be offered by the account manager to enterprise customers.
Dimension customers' business requirements and to provide a tailor made solutions that will generate more revenues to the group.
Support for the sales team and customers.
Focus on the services and take care of overall bid management for complex turnkey projects;
The Pre-Sales Manager is in charge of the offer elaboration in line with customer requirements and our business strategy
Responsibilities:
Provide complete solutions including technical documentation of proposals, presentations, client education of proposed proposals.
Deliver technical briefings to the sales team and provide technical support in meeting with enterprise key and potential clients with capturing of full customers requirements.
Tailoring solutions corresponding to clients’ requirements in lights of requirments’ analysis from all perspectives including ITN and commercial. i.e. Analysis to include a full commercial business case and technical feasibility with customer strategic status.
Follow up on internal KPIs set on other supporting departments and fulfill external KPIs expected from presales.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & skills ;
B.Sc. in Communication Engineering or any related field.
Minimum of 8 years working experience in presales environment coupled with good. Technical knowledge of Cisco and LAN, WAN and Internet.
CCNA, CCNP certification is preferred.
Must be proficient in using MS Office software (MS Visio is a must) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Very good English communication skills both spoken and written.
Efficiency in managing multiple requests/projects in parallel.
Experience in the fields of tendering, engineering or project management of complex international mobile and/or fixed networks.
Business/Financial plans.
