Audit Supervisor

Role Purpose: Supervise and/or perform internal audit engagements (within the guidance of JTG Internal Audit Plan, Charter, applied audit methodology and the International Audit Standards) and provide group management with an audit reports that add value in improving the risk management process, operation's efficiency, and internal control systems at JT group level. Responsabilities: Participates in preparing and establishing Internal Audit annual plan and periodic audit activity reports. Acts as an audit team leader in planning; supervising; ensuring the existence of adequate resources and skills; and following-up audit duties assigned to the team members to ensure compliance with audit programs and internal audit annual plan. Performs internal audit engagements by developing detailed audit programs, surveying activities, performing analysis, preparing and reviewing audit reports of internal controls evaluation, and preparing/reviewing the related work paper files in terms of completeness, adequacy, and structure. Performs the required communications during and after audit engagements to ensure having the required feedback (draft and final reports, conducts meeting, and oral presentations). Follows-up with concerned parties to ensure the efficient implementation of the corrective actions with regard to reported internal audit recommendations. Performs investigations activities (investigation committees participation) as assigned . Follows-up and document of the related activities of Sarbanes Oxley Act compliance project as assigned by the Head of Internal Audit Directorate. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science (for IT Senior Auditor) or field related to the nature of the position To be Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Higher education and/or other professional certificate (like CISA, CPA, CMA) is a plus Minimum 5 years experience in an internal audit or public accounting environment, 2 of them as a Senior Auditor Display original thinking and creativity Team leadership skills Critical and analytical thinking Effective verbal and written communication skills.
