Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities: -Ensure proper development, implementation, and support for JTG’s billing services (Mediation, Provisioning, Bill layout, Revenue assurance …) -Manage JTG Billing Systems Non Kernel Modules upgrades for Enterprise, Personal and Home billing system. -Manage & control the following activities:Services change control,Incident management,Interfaces development,and Billing support. -Prepare the feasibility study for implementation on the JTG billing systems. -Manage Quality assurance of JTG billing systems Non Kernel Modules to assure service delivery and bill clarity according to Quality management system -A close liaison will be maintained with the customer management & billing team, and with system vendors. -Ensure maintenance, modifications and upgrade of Non Kernel system parameters according to specifications. -Analyze, organize, evaluate, manage and follow up change requests. -Manage & assist in the implementation and testing of new Non Kernel systems and subsequent upgrades. -Define and revise procedures for proper operation. -Provide performance management and continued integrity and availability of the systems with the cooperation with other department. -Provide reports and statistics as required by management. -Manage Bill layout Modifications and Changes as arise from business. -Strong capabilities to develop interfaces around the JTG billing systems to satisfy customer needs Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: -Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or related field -More than 6 Years of experience with 3 years in related field; -Good experience in programming languages; mainly, C, C++, XML, and UNIX -Strong technical & system architecture & development background. -Ability to take decision related to service implementation on the JTG billing system. -Certificates in IT related fields are preferable. -Excellent knowledge in Telecom Environment supporting Large Corporate in the field of Telecom Billing Systems mediations. -Strong Project Management Skills required. -High Reactivity, Work under pressure beyond Business Hours. -Adhere to and Implement IS Quality Procedures, SLAs , and Company Policies. .
