Quality Assurance & Site Survey Engineer

Requirements: - Extensive quality management experiences in Telecom industry, with minimum of 1 years quality management experience would be desirable - Excellent project quality management methods and control skills - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - An international professional recognized QE certificate, such as QA, would be desirable, but not mandatory - Proficiency in English Responsibilities:  The engineer is the primary owner for both engineering quality and site survey work; being responsible for announcing and carrying out quality management regulation, engineering quality examining process, engineering quality examining criteria and hardware installation regulation; being responsible for its timeliness and accurateness;  Managing and supervising cooperation engineering, routinely examining and assessing cooperation engineering quality; assessing and auditing engineering quality system in the cooperation company;  Participating in building key engineering projects and sample sites; being responsible for hardware quality;  Making and implementing engineering quality plan; being responsible for examining hardware quality;  Analysing and summarizing engineering quality management in Representative Office, putting forward improvement measures and ensuring the measures to be taken.
