Job Description and Requirements
Responsabilties:
-Role holder at this Level will be a semi-experienced professional who will be regarded as a source of expertise and specialization in the management of the International Segment and is responsible for formulating operational plans relating to (but not limited to):-
Assist in setting up processes and procedures.
Provide feed-back to support/develop existing/new International offers.
Assist in the creation of promotions to increase usage of International.
Assist in the creation of International offers to increase usage and subscriber base.
Insurance of International revenue.
Define criteria to International churn and enhance loyalty.
Assist in the implementation of new International offers/promotions/services along with IT, TD, Products & Services, JTG.
Follow-up on International offer/promotion evolution in terms of meeting/achieving targets, including but not limited to analysis of data on existing offers/promotions and data about the market.
Initiate and follow-up communication on the International offers/promotions in their different phases.
Internal training & support on new International offers/promotions.
Monitor and entice the International market share.
Education:
-Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Competencies:
-Excellent Command and use of PC applications and software including but not limited to MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Business Objects, MS Project qualitative and quantitative analysis knowledge
Experience & Knowledge:
-Experience in the GSM industry preferable
-Quantitative / Qualitative analysis
