Incubation Center Advisor

Responsabilities: -Manage the incubation center facility at the university campus. -Enlist students to participate in the projects each semester. -Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to introduce projects to the students. -Organize trainings and workshops to facilitate knowledge transfer between Orange staff and the students. -Organize and plan the roadmap of projects & Services for coming period. I-ntroduce Orange capabilities and culture to the university. -Provide guidelines on the projects strategy, i.e. medium and long-term strategy and evolution, each semester. -Provide guidance and direction for the students in issues related to the telecommunications industry Education: -Bachelor degree of Telecom Engineering or Marketing from a reputable university -Project management background Preferred Competencies: -Excellent planner capable of handling projects with a critical path approach -Effective communication and coordination skills. -Organized and self motivated to manage deliverables -Cost-oriented, pragmatic. -Effective communication and coordination skills. -Professional attitude and conduct with business handling -Result oriented with team work ability -Creative with analytical thinking to reach targeted objectives -V. Good command of English and Arabic. Experience & Knowledge: -3-5 years of exposure within telecom industry preferred. -Experienced marketing principles with customers' oriented approach -Maintained Business methodologies and principles via project management tools. -Business development and planning techniques to materialize ideas into feasible products/services. -Capable of managing projects with leadership characteristics. -Able to conduct trainings and measure progress. -Excellent reporting and time management skills. -Computer literature with MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
