Job Description and Requirements
Responsabilities:
-Prepare and follow up annual budget and action plan
-Contribute to the weekly meeting and lead successful projects for the whole sector
-Prepare annual performance evaluation and follow up objective achievement on quarterly basis
-Prepare monthly KPI and monthly dashboard for the department
-Manage, analyse, handle and solve legal queries received from all units and directions among the group, in order to avoid future conflicts and obstacles
-Monitor and follow up on all the legal issues related to the group's operations
-Review, draft and validate different kinds of contracts, in order to enhance the maximum benefit and the minimum risk for the group
-Ensure overall quality and accuracy of all contracts, agreements and official correspondences of the Group
-Follow the implementation for all projects of which legal should be participant
-Managing the documents, contracts and commercial agreements management system
-Manage all legal documents for overseas investments, bids and other activities
-Represent JTG in courts if needed in the cases filled by or against the group
-Manage, encourage and support legal managers, Legal Advisors on their day-to-day work to facilitate efforts to achieve good results
-Draft, review and validate official correspondences to guarantee the legality of these correspondences
-Analyse and solve customers complaints received from different units in order to increase customers satisfaction and to avoid litigation
-Manage employees' investigations procedures to ensure legality and to guarantee that proper actions and decisions will be taken
-Analyse, amend the group's by-laws and internal regulations in order to implement the top management views and decisions in accordance to the applicable laws
-Update management and concerned directions on newly issued laws and regulations which may be related to the business
-Recruits, trains, motivate and develop reporting staff to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to -maximise their potential and contribution to the Company.
Education:
-Bachelor degree in Law.
-Member of the Jordan Bar Association as a licensed and certified lawyer.
-Minimum of (12) years experience in similar legal fields.
-Knowledge & experience in corporate legal issues and litigation.
-High level conceptual and analytical skills
-Proven management and leadership skills
-Good understanding of telecommunication business
-Good knowledge of telecommunication market and regulatory environment
-Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
-Ability to deal with others at all levels
-Excellent written and spoken English
