Job Description and Requirements
Responsabilities:
-Create new services to be implemented and knowledge sharing for all launched services.
-Manages the VAS Services projects for all data, content and IVR services.
Understand Market needs and potential. Examine the SWOT in relation to company strategy.
-Analyze strategically the actions required to derive revenue and market share.
-Organize and plan the roadmap of products & Services for coming period.
-Manage the implementation of new products/ services in co-ordination with all departments involved:
-Idea generation/ study potential suppliers' proposals/ study market potential.
-Negotiation with third parties if necessary.
-Specification creation and continuous refinements.
Business case development
-Liaison with all company departments for the best implementation results.
-Implementations follow up, responsible for the planning, and company validation process.
-Training of Internal staff
-Documentation/ user guide
-Understand the capabilities and restrictions of the technical resources. Liaisons with the technical and IT departments to design highly effective, while resource efficient, services or features.
-Supports all Sales and CC departments and provides them with the relevant information and education they may require to handle product launch, and maintenance.
-Takes part in the process of selecting and prioritizing product/ services development.
-Provide guidelines on the products/ services strategy, i.e. medium and long-term strategy and evolution, sales and pricing strategy, life cycle management.
-After launch thoroughly follows the service (reporting, economy, legal aspects, technical aspects).
Education:
-Bachelor degree of Telecom Engineering or Marketing from a reputable university
-Preferred Master degree with Business /Marketing.
-Project management background.

Experience & Knowledge:
-3-5 years of VAS Services exposure within telecom industry
-Experienced marketing principles with customers' oriented approach
-Maintained Business methodologies and principles via project management tools.
-Business development and planning techniques to materialize ideas into feasible products/services.
-Capable of managing projects with leadership characteristics.
-Manage current products/services and animate revenue with targeted segments.
-Computer literature with MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
