SeniorPavement Management Engineer

MINIMUM AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:    

International  Transportation Asset Management Specialists (ITAMSs) is a firm specialized in providing transportation asset management services. With the support of ITAMSs international partners, mainly from North America, ITAMSs is geared towards providing high quality consultancy service to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. ITAMSs main goal is to  provide a world class services to the Middle East region utilizing the most advanced technology in the field of Transportation Asset Management.

Position Description:

The successful candidate will be working as a part of the Core Team of ITAMSs. The successful candidate will possess more than 10 years experience in asset/pavement management systems.  Familiarity with Asset/Pavement Management Systems concepts is essential. Experience in collecting and analyzing pavement  condition data, such as deflection data measured using FWD, and preparing maintenance and rehabilitation design reports is required.  In addition, experience with pavement design, database management, advanced use of MS Access and Excel and any programming language would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will supervise a group of be 6-8 engineers and data analysts. He/She should able to work independently, be able to multi-task and make prompt and appropriate decisions. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities are a must.   

Education and qualification equipment:

An engineering degree is required. A master’s degree with specialization in asset management or pavement engineering is desired.
