Job Description and Requirements

Transportation Asset Management Specialists (ITAMSs) is a firm specialized in providing transportation asset management services. With the support of ITAMSs international partners, mainly from North America, ITAMSs is geared towards providing high quality consultancy services to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

ITAMSs has an opening for an Administrative Officer for its office in Mohandseen, Giza, Egypt. The successful candidate will be performing variety of administrative activities. These activities include, but not limited to:

  • Typical office administration tasks to support the day-to-day operation
  • Maintain the integrity of the Document Control System
  • Prepare admin systems for audit and be responsible for corrective actions
  • Word processing in English and Arabic
  • Prepare presentations in English and Arabic
  • Prepare marketing materials in English and Arabic
  • Organize and maintain the accounts of the international partners and all related marketing materials, documents,…etc.
  • Organize meeting, conference calls, video conferencing meetings, …etc and attend them to take minutes
  • Coordinate and follow up with the international partners and others as directed
  • Coordination and playing a significant role in the development of a variety of documents (e.g., reports, proposals, technical articles, papers, project deliverables, marketing materials, and business development documents)
  • Perform internet searches, market searches….etc., as directed
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team of ITAMSs

 

The candidate will require high standards of communication skills in English and Arabic. Appropriate university degree and previous experience are required. He/She will possess at least 5 years experience in similar positions. Salary and other benefits will be negotiated and will be based on qualifications and experience.
