Job Description and Requirements
Job Description:
- Meets with customers to understand business requirements
- Meets with potential leads & identify their technical needs & priorities.Organizes and conducts company solutions demonstrations
- Effectively handle all presales duties such as demo presentations, proof of concept and assist in the technical sales process.
- Actively participates in presales technical engagement with chosen customers and lead the development of technical proposals in line with customers’ needs, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Presents technical proposals to customers with detailed specifications and supporting diagrams.
- Transfers customer requirements into a technical plan based on company’s products and service portfolio.
- Follows up Implementation of customer solution after purchsse.
. Handle site surveys in alignment with sales team.
- Acts as technical resource for sales and prospects as they navigate their way through the sales cycle.
- Assists in writing technical proposals and solutions
- Supports sales team in customers’ meetings and presenting the company’s solutions
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of technical experience in a similar position.
- Engineering / computer science degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- JEE, .net, portal frameworks [DNN, Jomlaa]
