We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a demonstrated track record in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. The candidate for this position needs to have good sales skills, experience in administering partner marketing programs, outstanding interpersonal/collaboration skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with senior business executives, and IT executives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hi-caliber Channels’ Managers to reach their set KPIs (sales quotas and other KPIs)
- Use the resources efficiently to reach the department set KPIs – human resources, budget, and marketing tools
- Create new business opportunities for the team
- Provide coaching to the team
- Develop and maintain of relationships with both national and international channels
- Identify and develop key strategic partnerships with 3rd parties [CRM, contact center platform providers, analytics software vendors, and consulting SI companies]
- Present to executives, influence and advocate on value, business case, technology
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms with 3rd parties
- Evaluate and analyze market expansion opportunities
- Fuel sales growth and manage relationship with strategic partners
Qualifications:
- 9 + years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development of which minimum of 3 years as manager in IT/Telcom company
- Proven record of meeting sales quota, negotiation skills and closing deals
- Proven record of successful account management
- Proven record of successful business development and business expansion
- Experience in marketing and brand management
- Self starter, Highly motivated and a Team player
- Managerial skills including team leading, and coaching
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow major account relationships
- Superior communication skills, including presentation, phone and e-mail
- Ability to interact with senior executives and influence decision making
