Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. Candidates must have a successful track record of Product Management and Product Requirements Management..

Responsibilities

• Deliver product plans and requirements for Web Related Products.
• Create requirements and manage them with the application development team.
• Work closely with the development team, interaction designer, business team and support team to create and maintain roadmaps for the products.
• Ensure that development satisfies the product requirements
• Manage day-to-day relationships with product customer/partner and technical leads to define requirements and communicate product plans and road maps
• Collaborate with development team to define user experience and prototypes
• Some general project management including establishing project goals, tracking progress, and reporting on status
• Maintain deep awareness and understanding of the industry new trends
• Identify and quantify market opportunities, prioritized relative to other potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin /software engineering or related technical degree; advanced degree desirable.
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• 1+ years Product Management or Project Management experience related to software, web technical products or services
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems leading to successful product definition and delivery
• Experience working in a collaborative setting with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to take initiative and lead teams to successful conclusions
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results under time pressure
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
