Project Leader

Leading and monitoring the resolution of project coordinator.

Provide updates or adjustments to the Project Plan when necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the Key Deliverables defined at the start of the Project.

Preparing MS Projects plan for all opened projects.

Provide a professional training for all project coordinator and admin.

Oversee the work of associates assigned to the project team for specific task assignments. 

Provide input to the Project Manager regarding team member performance.

To ensure each project is implemented successfully.

Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials.

Develop reports and other deliverables as assigned by the Project Manager.

Prepare the channels to provide deliverables on customer sites. 

Collaborate with third party partners to implement quality improvement for system integrations.

Initiate and maintain communications with internal and external customers including project collaborators and taskforce. 

Maintain positive relationships with all customers and assist them with issues or concerns.

Provide regular written and oral reports of activity and review on assigned contracts.

Responsibility to travel to customer premises both in and outside of the normal or after working hours.

Participate in a 24x7 support service for incidents and Emergency issues.

Follow up of internal and external correspondences.

On site travel to provide expertise and care to key customers.

Minimum four years experience.

Good English command and language skills.

Strong skills in project management, the associated principles and tools.

Strong knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft SQL technologies.

Candidate must be disciplined and well organized.

Excellent communications and public relations abilities.

A good understanding of products business knowhow.

Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs is a good trait for a project leader.

Be able to work under pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes.

Educated to a degree level in a computer related system, with a demonstrated strong computer background, networks and technical ability.

Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Products especially MS Project Server & Presentation tools.
