PR/ Marketing Specialist

You will be expected to work in a team oriented environment, driving 360 degree brand and marketing efforts that would involve creating marketing collaterals (online & offline), web content, developing & executing - social media marketing strategies, PR Initiatives and carrying out other tactical marketing plans. Emphasis will also be placed on your contribution towards the team by demonstrating leadership and overall knowledge sharing. The applicant will be expected to play a critical role in realizing BasharSoft's brand, marketing & business goals.

Job Description:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across a wide spectrum of avenues such as e-mailers, banner advertising, pay-per-click, social media, tradeshows, blogs, video, print etc.
• Support each of the company’s products with whitepapers, case studies, web videos, documentation, FAQs etc. as required by the business and product teams
• Identify new marketing avenues to promote the different brands
• Liaison between the different teams to keep the marketing collaterals updated
• Develop & execute Social Media Marketing campaigns
• Deliver ROI focused measurement and reporting for all executed campaigns irrespective of medium
• Plan & Coordinate deliveries for any marketing events/tradeshows
• Conceptualize & write creative content for company collaterals, press releases, newsletters, banners, text ads, e-mailers, print ads etc.

Job Requirements:

• An eye for detail, great creative sensibility and a desire to continually refine/optimize
• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing with a corporate brand owner or an advertising agency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
• Extremely good command over the English language
• Self-starter and a proven marketing innovator
• Minimum 1-year experience in marketing goods/services online.
• An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proof reading
• Keen interest in emerging web technologies & online marketing
• Hands-on knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Online/Offline Media, Email Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, Pay-Per-Click Advertising, etc.
