Job Description and Requirements

Description:
  • Responsible for the overall Human Resources activities in line with the Company policies and practices. Ensure that all legal requirements are met (labor law, social insurance law, income tax laws…etc.)
  • Develop all related procedures and processes related to the Human Resources activities to achieve the Company policies objectives.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and hiring activities in line with the approved hiring plan and ensure that the hiring process is in place and implemented (hiring documents, employment contracts, and medical check-up, new hire orientation. etc.
  • Regularly monitor and review the headcount movement and ensure that accurate records are kept regarding new hires, resignations, retirements, inter-departmental movements…etc.
  • Manage the employee's personal records and files and ensure that they are promptly updated and well kept (personal information, vacation records, salary progressions. etc.
  • Review employee's salaries and ensure that annual salary increases are processed in line with the pay for performance policy and within the approved percentage and cost. Review with the appropriate managers and ensure that timely payroll is issued monthly reflecting the appropriate changes (new hires, salary increases, proper deductions…etc.
  • Manage the social insurance activities and ensure that the provisions of the social insurance law are in place (new subscriptions, terminations and appropriate reporting).
  • Manage the vacation policy and ensure that accurate vacation records are kept for all employees reflecting vacation plans, consumption and vacation balances.
  • Issue and publish the annual official holidays plan in line with the legal requirements and Company policy.
  • Monitor the overtime activities by department and ensure that Company policy and legal requirements are met.
  • Control attendance and coordinate with all department managers the out of line situations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all employees have valid job descriptions, which reflects the employee actual role responsibilities and skills.
  • Monitor and track the Performance Appraisal program and ensure proper implementation by all the managers. Report out of line situation to higher management.
  • Coordinate with all managers to ensure that employee's appropriate training and development plans are in place and assist in the implementation. Ensure that the employees and management development programs are well planned according to the actual requirements, handle the implementation, and ensure that accurate records and evaluations are well kept.
  • Manage the relations with the labor office and ensure the availability of all documents and records for any sudden inspections. Always keep good relation with labor office representatives.
  • Effectively participate and assist higher management in developing the appropriate HR policies and regulations in line with both the legal requirements and the market practices.
Education:
  • University Degree
  • English Language
  • Very good knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices techniques.
  • Very good knowledge of related (labor law, Social insurance, income tax laws…etc.)
  • A very positive, smiling and personal attitude.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Motivated and passionate about succeeding
Experience: 2-3 years of HR experience
 
 
Salary: Competitive package, based on experience. Working Hours: 8 per day Days Off: 2 per week
