•Discuss progress of work with subordinate juniors,resolve problems and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are met.•Designs Microsoft systems& products•Design Microsoft Infrastructure Rules and Implementation& Prepare Technical Proposals.•Plan,Administer& Implement Network OS Via Using Microsoft Windows Serer 2000, 2003,2008 R2•Infrastructure server planning and configuration with Microsoft Windows Server 2000,2003,2008R2•Install and Configure Security and Firewall System depending on usage of Microsoft ISA Server 2000,2004,2006,TMG2010.•Using Microsoft Exchange Server2000, 2003,2007,2010 to implement Mail System (Planning,Installation and Configuration).•Making Server Clustering and Network Load Balancing by Using Microsoft Windows 2000,2003•Implement and test data backup and disaster recovery plans.•Deploy&Configure MS Share Point 2007&2010•Share Point Customization & Work Flow Development.•Microsoft SQL Server installation,configuration, optimization and troubleshooting.•Administers Microsoft Windows systems & domain with Windows 2003 or later.•Maintain an Active Directory environment, with extensive knowledge of group policy.•Utilizes networking technologies such as TCP/UDP port requirements,802.1Q network tagging and routing.•Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 installation, configuration,optimization and operations.Discuss progress of work with subordinate juniors, resolve problems and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in§ At least 3§Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.  Having one or more of the following§year(s)experience in a similar field.  certifications: MCITP,MCP,MCSA,MCSE,MCTS&Have participated in§MVCP.  Microsoft Implementation Projects Like: -Design and Implement MS Active directory 2008.-Migration and upgrade Directory services from 2003 to 2008&Exchange from 2003 to 2010. -Deploy AD 2008 new features (NAP,RODC,RMS) -Deploy and configure MS Lync server,Hyper-V Clustering,System center&Forefront product family. -Implement Exchange 2007,2010&MS infrastructure based on Hyper-V. -Deploy,configure and customize SharePoint 2007&Expert in Microsoft(SCCM),(WSUS) for end user client§2010 Farms.  Expert in Hyper-V§patches,Active Directory,Windows File and Print servers.  Technology,Group Policy&Forefront Family Development,Configuration &Excellent§Designing Microsoft Infrastructure Rules. §Troubleshooting.  Presentation&Leadership skills.
