Job Description and Requirements

Description: The Technical Support Engineer provides primary technical software/hardware support directly to end users.
1- Prepare and monitor departmental plan for spare parts warehouse, consumables, major equipment overhauls and execution of new initiatives/projects
2- Perform the analysis and identify the maintenance function priorities and goals
3- Ensure efficient maintenance for customers up on job orders
4- To follow proper control procedures for maintenance such as work orders, work schedules, equipment listing
5- Reach to the customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• The ability to identify customer needs
• Presentable
• Strong technical background
• Team-working ability
• The ability to build relationships with clients quickly

Languages: Very good command of English
