Our Departments
Residential Sales Department. This department (also called Open Sales) is responsible for the sales and rentals of residential properties, such as villas and apartments. This department also handles projects sales, such as urban development projects and track-homes sales, e.g. Andalusia and Gardenia hills.
Commercial Sales Department. This department focuses on sale and leasing of office buildings, retail strip centers, malls, industrial, warehouse, medical and hospitality.
Land Sale Department. The lands department is responsible for the sale and lease of land lots in all sectors whether commercial, residential, leisure, and hospitality.
Facility management. This department handles the management of residential and commercial properties. We utilize the state-of-the-art software to assure you facility is managed with superior efficiency and ease.
Financing department. This department handles the financing of residential and commercial properties, it provide the buyer with different financing options, such as banks financing, seller financing, Islamic funding and private funding.
Valuation / Appraisal We offer the best information gathering systems at site followed by extensive post survey research. The meticulous calculation and consolidation of the facts are then drafted into a compiling report that is both objective and incisive, yet offering very comprehensive findings and clear analysis. The field work is aptly supported by a reliable infrastructure featuring comprehensive database, library and wealth of background knowledge. Also we provide replacement and fair market values of the asset (land, buildings, plant, etc.)
