Company Overview

National Health Insurance Administration Co. ( NatHealth ) was established in 1997 as a third party administration company to manage health insurance policies; corporate self-funded health plans and other employee benefits. It is registered in the ministry of industry and trade as a limited liability company. The offices are located in Amman, Jordan and are equipped state of the art information technology equipment including our own e-Claim software, which allows for the efficient and smooth operation of a modern TPA concept.

The NatHealth electronic system is pioneering, state-of-the-art claims software that was developed in cooperation with our IT sister company IdealSoft. It is an Oracle based system. Our system is based on Smart Card technology that offers reliable and secure electronic medical claim processing for card-holders (Subscribers).  This technology is considered to be the first of its kind in the Middle East and it is being considered on a national level here in Jordan.

The NatHealth TPA services include Claims Adjudication, Hospital Admissions Management, Utilization Review and Large Case Management, Healthcare Data Analysis, Benefit Design Consultation, Reinsurance and Underwriting Assistance, Financial Settlement of claims.
