Al Hussein Fund for Excellence (HFE) was established in 1999 under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein.  The HFE is a non-profit organization, funded by the banking community in Jordan.  The Fund endeavours to promote quality assurance and enhance the performance of educational programmes in Higher Education institutions.  There are several other programmes being explored within the Fund’s mandate involving the promotion and support of Innovation, Creativity and Excellence.
