I think more woman should be active in government, and I was proud that Jordan was progressing to the point to facilitate this happening. Have you ever been to Jordan?

sorry for the delay in response...this site is very new to me....still learning the navigation of it all. Actually I found this site trying to job search in Jordon, Egypt, etc...I have never been to Jordan and would love to travel to the Middle East.......Hopefully a career path change will take me there. Are you originally from Jordon? ... I am really impressed by your comment on women in politics. you may contact me at decor_by_dezign@yahoo.com ...we can talk more Canadian Politics vs that in Jordon. But most importantly...tell me about the culture...what it means for women to grow professionally.

Hey michelle. Thanks... actually I helped out in a campaign for a woman candidate during the elections in November. Unfortunately, she did not win but she did an amazing job at getting a lot of young voters excited about politics which was great. Her name is Samar Haj Hasan and she is a cousin of mine and I was very proud of her. Are you planning on coming to work in Jordan? What are your fields of interest?

Hello Mohamad, my expertises are social services and public relations and communications. What field are you currently engaged in? I have worked on several political campaigns for both male and female...This past October we have our provincial election ..so i was the PR and communication person my female candidate. The year before I was the campaign manager for a male school board trustee. Political campaign are a lot of work but a lot of high energy and fun. Good for you for helping your cousin....and congratulations to her....we need more women as you rightly said to offer fresh perspective especially on social policies. If you look around the world more women are in position of power....What do you think about the American elections now.... Have you ever ran before.
