Hello all,
An interesting argument could arise here.
I believe that one of the biggest challenges facing Jordanian jobseekers in Jordan and the region is the high competition of their Asian counterparts; highly qualified, endless years of experience and flexible salary demands to mention a few.
Do you agree? Could you think of other high impacting challenges?
Regards,

hello, well i dont belive that we have scuh kind of challange here in jordan specially for acadamic positions, maybe this real problem in gulf but not in jordan, depending on my little expercince i never met "non-jordanian" working as engineer or headoffice or even a teacher, but if u talk about different kind of works like worker in construction etc.

Hi Hanan,
You are right; the impact in Jordan is almost unnoticeable in the engineering world. However, there are multimillion dinar businesses in Amman with managerial staff imported from India.
On the other hand, the Gulf market is saturated with Asian IT professionals.
