Hello!!!! I started the exposure of the training and HR quite early in 2001 through my career and positions, I had kept moving through. Also I was exposed to train different nationalities and cultures in Syria, & Bahrain including Arab and other nationalities. I became as an HR specialist delivering personnel to companies, and through other consulting companies in Egypt and Gulf area. I was responsible for tailoring the materials in most of the cases according to the trainees' needs and culture, although the culture of the business or country. I would like to relocate.
