Senior telecominucation technician

JOB FUNCTIONS:

•   Ensure smooth operations

•     Develop and maintain processes, procedures and documentation

•     Monitor, measure, and report on the progress and performance of the system with recommendations to management for evaluations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•     Responsible for the design and continued functionality of Communications solutions to support all end users.

•     Responsible for Follow-up with services providers.

•     Analyze & troubleshoot problems and recommend corrective actions.

•     Technical Support to remote operators and users.

•     Ensure Operational Procedures and Documentation are updated and well maintained to the current levels.
