| Job Description | •Sourcing and leasing commercial properties such as office spaces, shopping malls and large retail projects. •Liaising with clients in order to source their requirements till such time the appropriate property is found. •Working in synergy with other commercial agents in listing relevant property information including photographs into the relevant system. •Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties. •Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances. |

| Profile | •Native English speakers will be preferred for this role. •Should have up to date working knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market. •Possess a proven track record of customer service. •Have telesales and face-to-face sales experience •Maintain high professional standards and work ethics. •Be hungry for success & financial gain. Candidates with good customer service and sales background, and interested to explore the real estate market would be considered. |
