Sales Consultant

Job Dimensions:
To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Negotiate and
close deals, ensure customer satisfaction and manage quality of product and service
delivery.

Tasks and Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship.
• Prepare & follow up on sales action plans and schedules.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and surveys.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Work with customers to ensure timely payments against invoices.

Skills:

• Good communication skills, Goal driven, planning and organizing, persuasiveness,
• negotiation skills
• Education: Business degree, Engineering is a plus.
• Min. 2 years experience in sales / technical field.
• Technical background of engineering/mechatronics/electronics is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
• Experience in making presentations.
• Team player and able to work in a fast pace environment
